Customizable Organization Roles

Clubmatic supports a flexible set of administrative roles like President, Treasurer, and Webmaster. A role may be held by one or more members, and a single person can fill multiple roles. Each role may be individually defined and granted administrative privileges, such as the ability to approve memberships, view and update any member’s information, or moderate a group.

Each role is given a special email “alias”, for example director@organization.org. Clubmatic accepts email addressed to the role alias and forwards it to the persons filling the role. This allows your organization to publish descriptive contact email addresses for each role without having to publicly reveal (or update) individual representatives’ private email addresses. Clubmatic also employs advanced anti-spam techniques to reduce the amount of spam delivered to roles aliases.
